Thank you very much for your Home Study Certificate Qualification. I have really enjoyed taking my time reading and listening to the various modules, which for me was great revision on topics that were covered on my degree course several years ago.

I have just completed my ITOL Qualification. I'm impressed with the content and how much I have learned! I have been using some of these techniques for a while now but your sessions made me realise what a massive difference to the professional skill set being properly qualified makes!

I took so much away from this qualification. Along with the learning aspects, there was time allocated within the training for interaction and engagement of the group which gave me further insight into the knowledge and experience of others which assisted in the learning environment. I found the CTD Course extremely useful and I have come away with lots of knowledge which I can apply in my job role. I feel have a much deeper understanding of the whole training cycle, especially the ‘Training Needs Analysis’ and ‘Design’ elements. I thought that the balance between trainer and delegate input was perfectly balanced and the activities were very thought provoking and valuable. The facilitator who delivered the training was very approachable, which really helped in the design of my 20 minute training session.

Overall, the course was very well organised, the trainer was extremely competent and most importantly I walked away with a copious amount of knowledge and skills which I will use in the future.

Achieving CLPC with ITOL really makes you think about how a learning function can work with greater impact and support the sustainable growth of an organisation. It immediately helped me been to create subtle changes in how the function works. the service we provide and how we are perceived with the wider business. Great stuff ITOL – thought provoking and very relevant.
