Former PLC Finance Director and International MBA lecturer in Business Strategy, Steve’s employment experience has been in a wide variety of sectors where he has been responsible for a major FMCG pan-European expansion, 7 business disposals, 1 very large MBO and a business ‘turnaround’ to profitability. His High Performance Business Teams work has also been varied – new-start teams, Top Board teams, departmental teams, strong well performing teams and dysfunctional teams.



Noel is a Consulting Director for GP Strategies, he has a proven track-record in designing and executing User Adoption programmes for over 14 years. His assignments include work as an Education Project Manager for SAP UK Ltd, as well as a Learning Development Project Manager for Lawson Learning. With vast experience in working with training tools, he has ensured customer satisfaction from managing installation, implementation, development, and deployment to the end user population.



Tina works across the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific in several industries. Her areas of expertise include people and talent management, coaching for managers, leadership programmes offering formal qualifications, policy and strategy, managing change, recruitment and selection, project management and cross cultural/global relationship building. She has experience working internationally in various spheres, such as becoming a People Development business partner, university lecturer, executive coach and talent management consultant, all of which have provided her with vast experience and depth of knowledge.


A proven Senior Training Manager and Learning Professional, who has had a direct impact, delivering global learning strategies with a clear focus on end measurement to evidence quality and prove value. He has a passion for developing people/teams to be able to achieve, he has always been interested in how people learn and how he can transfer knowledge and skills effectively. His goal is always to explore new experiential ways to be effective and to keep learning fun.
