We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you have ordered and received, we will exchange or refund your money provided the item has not been used and is in its original condition and packaging. Please inform us of any damaged items or items you are not satisfied with 7 days of receiving the goods from us. If we do not hear from you within this time, we will assume you are happy with your purchase.
Recurring Payments via World Pay
The length and frequency of payments will be negotiated on an individual basis and will deemed to have been agreed at the time the first payment is activated.
If you wish to cancel the recurring payment you need to inform us in writing giving us 30 days notice and cancel this directly with your credit/debit company.
